I do want to rebuild them. But I need help on how to get the collars loose because they are seized. So how can I get them off, any suggestions would be helpful.

I'm trying to rebuild my D2 coilovers. I bought them from a guy an he said they were good but they werent, they are seized. How can I unseize the collars an not mess up the threads. Please help.....
